To mitigate the impact of wind on the climate within houses, we offer two types of wind hoods in our product range. Among these is the wind hood WBK , constructed from standard white plastic and with an optional feature of a transparent rear panel. The sizing of these hoods is based on the wall inlets where they are installed. When the wind hoods are employed with Scan-Air wall inlets, it’s possible to attach them to the rear of the inlets (model: inlet-mounted). In cases where this isn’t applicable, the wind hoods can be wall-mounted (model: wall-mounted).
Additionally, we offer the curved wind hood WBK-ROND. This hood is designed in black and can be optionally equipped with a light trap on the lower side. The curved wind hood is available in the following three dimensions:
